French Toast with Caramelized Banana
1.
Mix the eggs, milk, cream and vanilla extract evenly
2.
Cut the bread into thick slices (most people, including me, think that the thick one is better, of course, the most important thing is to look at your own taste)
3.
Dip the bread with custard and both sides; put an appropriate amount of butter in the pan, then put the bread slices in and start frying
4.
Turn over and fry the other side when one side is golden, and both sides are golden and ready for use
5.
Heat the remaining butter in the pan (or add a little more if there is no butter left), put in the peeled and half-cut banana, sprinkle a little brown sugar on the surface of the banana; turn it over and fry the other side (preferably It’s easier to keep it intact by using a relatively raw banana. My banana is too ripe and it breaks when I flip it over.) The two sides are golden.
6.
Finally, sprinkle the almond slices and drizzle with the syrup (I put the almond slices in the pan of fried bananas and rolled, so that it was coated with caramel, very fragrant)
