Fried Belly

1. I bought a braised belly.

2. Cut the ingredients well and set aside.

3. Heat the pan, add oil, and stir slightly ginger.

4. Add green onion, chili and shacha sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the tripe and continue to stir fry.

6. Stir-fry until fragrant and serve on a plate.
