Fried Dumplings with Eggs

Pour the right amount of vegetable oil in the pan

Arrange the dumplings regularly into a circle in a pan

Place on the stove and fry on medium heat for two to three minutes

Add in a small bowl of water, which is less than two-thirds of the dumplings.

Cover the pot and fry on a medium-low heat to collect the moisture.

Beat the eggs

Pour the egg liquid slowly and evenly into the pot so that the egg liquid covers the whole bottom of the pot. Cover and fry on low heat until the egg is solidified, then turn off the heat.

Sprinkle some cooked black sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top and serve.
Tips:
1. Dumplings can be freshly packaged or quick-frozen dumplings. No matter what the filling is, they are delicious.
2. Chopped green onion and black sesame seeds increase the fragrance of the finished product, so it is not recommended to omit them.
3. When frying, keep the fire at medium and small, it will be easy to burn when the fire is too big.
