Fried Milk Fan

Prepare the right amount of Dali milk fan.

Cut the milk fan into chunks. (The breast fan I used is still relatively soft, so I cut it directly. If the breast fan is hard, wrap it with wet gauze to soften it, flatten it, and then cut it.)

The skills of fried milk fan: 1. Wide oil; 2. Oil temperature should not be too high, the frying time is short, and turning over quickly; 3. Turning over with chopsticks is the most convenient when frying.

Remove the fried milk fan, roll it into a roll while it is hot, and put sugar on it at the end.

Tips:
I like to deep-fry the milk fan and then roll it into a roll while it’s hot, so that each piece is crispy and delicious. If you roll it while frying, it may not be deep-fried, which will affect the taste.
