Fried Rice Cake
1.
Cut the rice cake into thick slices, add the dry flour, mix well and let it stand for a while, so that the flour will absorb the moisture of the rice cake and regain moisture.
2.
Heat the pan with oil, add the rice cakes and fry them until the outer layer is slightly yellow, and pick them up. Keep the original pan oil off and continue heating.
3.
After the oil in the pot is reheated, add the rice cake again and fry it until golden brown, then pick it up and set it on a plate.
4.
Spread a thin layer of spiced powder evenly while it is hot, then serve.
Tips:
Remember to let the flour on the rice cake regain moisture before frying. Chili powder is a flavoring material prepared by Sister Xin herself. This powder can be replaced by salt and pepper powder in the supermarket.
