Fried Sirloin Steak

Unpack the steak and thaw at room temperature.

Prepare accessories.

Wash the broccoli and break it into small flowers. Peel the potatoes and cut them into potato grids.

Use absorbent paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the thawed steak.

Pour water into the pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil to a boil, blanch the broccoli, rinse and drain the water.

Tips:
Heat the pan before placing the steak. You can also put the seasoning oil on the steak first. Don't put the oil on it when frying. The side dishes can be added according to your own taste.
