Fried Steak

Thaw the steak to room temperature in advance, soak up the blood with kitchen paper, sprinkle with rose salt and crushed black pepper and marinate for more than 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 180℃

Heat the steak pan, add the butter, after the butter has melted, add the garlic slices and rosemary.
