Fruit Rum Flower Tea Jelly

Various materials are available for use.

Soak the gelatine tablets in water to soften.

Put the scented tea and rock sugar in a bowl.

Pour boiling water, soak for 2 minutes, the rock sugar melts.

Tips:
1. Gelatine tablets must be soaked in water to soften it. If it is warm water, it will melt away, mainly to remove the fishy smell.
2. The hardness of the jelly depends on the amount of gelatin.
