Make yogurt mousse. Soak the gelatin slices in the mousse ingredients in cold water for a while.

Tips:
It is better to make with Hantian powder than with gelatin tablets, it is tough and not easy to break.
I don’t have the gelatine tablets that I use, so take it carefully. If you use Hantian powder, you can reduce the amount, just use 5 grams.
