Golden Barley Sushi Roll

Steam the golden barley rice and rice together in a rice cooker, and add a suitable amount of sushi vinegar to stir well.

Spread evenly cooked golden barley rice and rice on the seaweed sheet.

Add cucumber strips, carrot strips, ham sausage strips, and salad dressing in turn.

Tips:
Golden barley rice and rice are steamed in a rice cooker at a ratio of 1:2. If you prefer a softer texture, you can soak the golden barley rice for 30 minutes before steaming for a better taste.
