Green Pepper Garlic Little Fish

Wash the baby fish, drain the water, smash the garlic, smash the green pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Stir-fry the young fish together with garlic until the young fish are golden.

Add the green pepper and stir-fry until the green pepper changes color and ripen quickly. Add a small amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce and pepper to taste, stir and fry for a while before serving.

Tips:
You can add a little bit of water to add some gravy fish, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce when you are ready to put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate. There is no need to add salt if there is salt.
