Although Yangcheng Lake June yellow crabs are not as big as adult hairy crabs, the yellow of June yellow crabs in Yangcheng Lake is about to flow out. Pin Yangcheng Lake June yellow hairy crabs have become a summer landscape. As the saying goes: Do not forget June yellow when you are busy. It shows that the June yellow crabs in Yangcheng Lake are still worth a try.
Generally, we use steaming to make hairy crabs. Nowadays, our kitchen appliances are more abundant, so I now use the oven to make this delicious lemon sea salt grilled crab.
This method is invincible and simple, not only saves trouble, but also not easy to turn yellow, more salty and fresh, and preserves the original flavor of crabs better than steamed crabs. I personally feel that because there is salt attached to the crab shell, there is no need for dipping sauce when eating. The original flavor is called delicious.
