Grilled Lamb Chops in Casserole
1.
Rinse the casserole clean and dry the water for later use (you can also wipe it with a wrung out wet towel, which is more convenient; the internal tissue of the casserole used for barbecue must be completely dry, so it cannot be soaked to prevent white circles at the bottom of the pot. Absorb water).
2.
Prepare tin foil and support (the height of the grill is preferably about 2cm, too low will cause it to burn easily, and too high will cause it to be difficult to roast).
3.
Put the bracket in the casserole, and spread two layers of tin foil (the tin foil sticks to the inner wall of the casserole and extends to the outside of the pot to prevent the gravy from leaking into the pot and dirty the casserole).
4.
Prepare the raw materials, rinse the lamb chops, and use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.
5.
Sprinkle black pepper and lemon salt on both sides of the lamb chops. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
6.
Place the marinated lamb into a casserole covered with tin foil.
7.
Put the lid on the casserole, and the fire is burning.
8.
When the casserole heats up, turn the lamb chops over and close the lid.
9.
Continue to boil the high heat for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, and you can enjoy the tender and refreshing grilled lamb chops.
Tips:
1. Seven-mature roasted lamb chops have the best taste. If you want to be fully cooked, you can extend the barbecue time.
2. For lamb chops, it is best to choose New Zealand method cut lamb chops, which are evenly fat and thin, with a thin layer of fat, rich milky flavor, but not too heavy mutton flavor.
3. Use ground sea salt to marinate for a while to make it more flavorful.
4. Ordinary casserole can not be dry-boiled, and it will break even when used in soup, so don't use it for grilling lamb chops. I use a black casserole that doesn’t break even if it is boiled or cold, so it’s no problem.
5. This method can not only roast lamb chops, but also roast sweet potatoes, roast kiln chicken, roast chestnuts, healthy and delicious, and quite convenient.
