Grilled Sea Cucumber with Green Onion and Green Pepper

Wash the sea cucumber and cut it into half lengthwise from the middle. Cut the green onion into sections with the same length as the sea cucumber. Cut the green pepper into strips.

Put the right amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the fried noodles with green onion, serve in a bowl, and stir-fry the green peppers.

After frying the green onions, there is still a little oil in the pot of green peppers, then add the oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, a little warm water, and finally put the sea cucumbers in it and simmer on a low heat.

Finally, put the scallions and green peppers inside to collect the soup and out of the pot.
