Hericium Erinaceus Powder
1.
Soak wild Hericium erinaceus with water until soft.
2.
After soaking until soft, first tear it into large flowers, repeatedly dry and then soak to remove the bitterness and astringency.
3.
Tear into small flowers, the smaller the better, and place them in a baking dish lined with greased paper.
4.
I cook a lot. I put two plates in the oven and bake them at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
5.
This is what it looks like when it's baked for 40 minutes, and it's not too dry. Let's continue baking.
6.
Always bake it until it is very dry, but just be careful not to bake it.
7.
After letting cool, put them into the wall breaker in batches to start the fruit and vegetable key powdering.
8.
Sift the powder after sieving, and sift the larger particles and beat them again.
9.
The powder extraction rate of the finished product is relatively low. I haven't weighed it out, and I'm going to use it to make Hericium biscuits.
Tips:
Because Hericium does not like to dry, it takes a long time to bake. I bake a lot. The two plates are cooked one by one. The baking time is longer. You can adjust the baking time according to your own situation. Logistical observations don't get burnt. In addition, the powder extraction rate is very low, so be prepared carefully.
