This is what we call Ikan Kembong (Ikan Kembong). I haven't bought it for a long time. Ganwang fish actually has a softer body. It was delicious when it was fried until it was crispy and dry. 1. Material: Ganwang fish

2. Prepare scallions and homemade chili paste.

3. Put oil in the pot to heat, and fry the fish until the surface is golden.
