Home-style Fried Rice Noodles

Cut the cabbage into thick strips and wash.

Beat the eggs and fry them in a non-stick pan three times to form egg skins.

Cut the egg skin into thick strips.

Thaw the shrimps, squeeze the water, and use the remaining oil of the fried egg skins to fry the shrimps until cooked.

Boil the rice noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook until they are thoroughly cooked.

Rinse with cold water, commonly known as super cold river.

Put a little oil in the wok and fry the cabbage softly, fully cooked, and set aside.
