Homemade Baked Sweet Potatoes

Wash the red sweet potato (sweet potato) and drain the water for later use.

Heat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and place the washed and drained sweet potatoes in the baking tray.

Put the sweet potatoes into the oven together with the baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Then turn the sweet potatoes and bake for another 30 minutes.
Tips:
The red heart sweet potato tastes better, it is sweeter and the starch content is lower than that of the white heart sweet potato, and there are more trace elements.
When roasting, sweet potatoes do not need to be wrapped in tin foil. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and then put the sweet potatoes on the baking tray. My oven is relatively small, so if you bake it longer, the sweet potatoes will be almost soft when the syrup comes out.
