Homemade Children's Cheese
1.
Children's formula milk powder is added with water in proportion to the requirements. I have weighed it, and it is basically 65 grams of milk powder plus 500 milliliters of water. The container and stirring utensils are first boiled and disinfected with boiling water, and then 90 degrees of boiling water and the same proportion of milk powder are added and mixed evenly. The boiled water used here is higher than usual for milk powder to ensure that there is no bacteria infection
2.
Let the prepared milk powder cool to about 40 degrees, put in a small bag of children's yogurt powder, and mix well
3.
The yogurt bottle should also be boiled and disinfected
4.
Pour the stirred milk into the bottle, put it in the oven, and ferment at 42°C for 6 hours. If you want to be thicker, you can extend the time to 8 hours. Put the fermented yogurt in the refrigerator for later use.
5.
Before making cheese, boil and sterilize the filtered cotton cloth and net in boiling water
6.
Pour the yogurt in the refrigerator into the cotton cloth spread on the net, and then the whey is added to the bowl underneath. I usually come out one bottle of yogurt at a time, and the finished cheese can be eaten all at once.
7.
Tighten the cloth tightly, put it on the seal, press it properly with a small plate or bowl, and filter for about an hour. Don’t need heavy objects, and the cheese for your baby doesn’t need to be too dry
8.
When the cotton cloth is opened, it will be thick cheese
9.
This is filtered whey, very clear, adults can drink it, don’t waste it, it is also very nutritious, it is also very good to apply a mask
10.
Put the cheese in a bowl, cut some diced fruits that the baby likes to eat, and mix it. The mango I used today, my baby likes to eat mango, and it is not allergic. Strawberries and peaches can be given. The key is to choose fruits that your baby wants to eat and that are absolutely free of allergies.
Tips:
1. Don't use milk powder in the first and second stages. Pure milk is also possible, but it is more suitable for older babies.
2. All utensils and tools must be boiled and disinfected.
