I Roll My Roll: Enoki Mushroom and Bacon Roll

Wash the stalks of the boxed enoki mushrooms bought by Wal-Mart, and then blanch them with hot water, remember not to blanch them too softly, and drain them for later use.

Cut the Yurun bacon in half from the middle and set aside; place the enoki mushroom on the bacon, roll it up, and lay it well; fix the end with a toothpick to prevent it from falling apart. This step is very important.
