Jackfruit Pie
1.
Take the fruit of jackfruit and chop it with a kitchen knife. If you want a better taste, chop it with a kitchen knife. If you want to finish it quickly, you can chop it with a machine.
2.
Wash the core with clean water, put it in a baking pan and cook.
3.
Chopped pulp, take half and add milk powder and stir evenly into filling. The jackfruit pulp is very sweet and does not need to add white sugar. If you like to eat sweeter, you can add a little sugar and mix well.
4.
Add the right amount of glutinous rice flour to the remaining half of the pulp and knead it into a dough. The pie you want to make is fragrant. Remember not to add water. Just knead the flour little by little into the pulp until it becomes Dough is enough.
5.
After kneading the dough, cover it with a fresh-keeping bag and let it rest for 10 minutes.
6.
The awake dough is divided into small doughs of 30 to 60 grams each according to the actual amount of material.
7.
Spread some cooking oil with both hands, then press the small dough into a flat shape, and wrap the pulp filling like a bun, and the pie embryo is ready.
8.
Heat the pan with oil, put the pie embryos in, and gently press them into a pie with your hands.
9.
After putting all the pie embryos in, cover the lid of the baking pan and fry the pie up and down. Remember to add an appropriate amount of water in the middle to let the steam simmer the pie.
10.
After the pie is simmered and cooked, open the lid to allow the water vapor to evaporate completely, and fry until both sides of the pie become crispy. Put it on a plate and take it out of the pan with the core.
Tips:
The amount of glutinous rice flour added is related to the water content of the pulp itself. Parents can only knead in the flour bit by bit and increase or decrease by the feel. In addition, don’t be greedy, please add a lot of flour, and then add water to knead the dough. Adding water to knead the dough is fine, but the fruity aroma will also dilute, and the taste and aroma of the finished product will be much worse.
