Japanese Soy Milk Pot
1.
Take a cup of dried soybeans
2.
Add 1200ml water
3.
Use a soymilk machine to make original soymilk (make soymilk, filter the bean dregs, you can refer to other recipes I have shared for the waste utilization of bean dregs)
4.
Wash all the ingredients and cut them
5.
Dig a spoonful of miso and apply it to the inner wall of the Torijen electric hot pot (spread the miso sauce on the inner wall of the pot and slowly boil it into the soy milk soup, it tastes great)
6.
Place cabbage stalks and carrots, which are harder to cook, on the bottom, and spinach, which is easier to cook, on top.
7.
Then pour in 1000ml soy milk, 500ml broth, 500ml water
8.
After it's boiled, you can start shabu-shabu
Tips:
1. After the soup is cooked, it is normal that there will be floating objects like tofu, and it is quite delicious
2. As for the hot pot shabu? Of course, choose the food you like! I like mushrooms, beef tongue, beef louver, seafood
3. Don't throw away the leftover soup from the hot pot, add some rice or udon to cook it tastes great
4. Friends who are vegetarian can change the stock to vegetarian stock or konbu soup
