Prepare materials

8 spoons of sugar

Pour out the gel powder
4.
Pour out 15 grams of isinglass powder

Add a bowl of boiling water to the gel powder and mix well until all is dissolved

Mix sugar and pure isinglass powder
7.
Add to the gel powder liquid
8.
Stir until dissolved
9.
Pour into the freezer box to remove surface foam

Wrap in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate until set
