Korean Dried Fish Fillet
1.
First use scissors to cut the fillets into small squares three to four centimeters wide
2.
Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pot, add white sesame seeds and cut fish fillets, stir fry over low heat. Add two spoons of hot sauce and garlic mash. I use barbecue sauce and cook it on low heat so that the sauce covers each slice of fish.
3.
Cook until the sauce on the outside of the fish fillet is sticky and it is ready when the bottom of the pan is out of juice. The barbecue sauce I used is a bit thin, with a little starch added to thicken it. If the Korean hot sauce is too strong, you can mix it with water or light soy sauce first.
Tips:
When cooking, be sure to use a low heat, there is sugar in the sauce, otherwise it will turn the fish fillets into sugar. If it is too dry and the fish fillets are not soft, add a tablespoon of water to continue cooking.
