Lemon Vanilla and Red Dragon Fruit Ice Cream
1.
Measure the milk well and use whole milk to make ice cream. The ice cream will be very smooth.
2.
Put the egg yolks in the milk pan and stir, then add the fine sugar and continue to stir evenly.
3.
Add milk.
4.
After adding milk, stir well with egg yolk paste.
5.
At this time, peel the washed lemon and peel the lemon zest into the boiled light milk slurry.
6.
Mix the lemon zest and custard evenly and set aside to cool.
7.
Juice the lemon and set aside.
8.
Put the whipped cream in the mixing bowl.
9.
Start the electric whisk to beat the cream.
10.
Mix the whipped cream into a small sharp corner when the whisk is picked up. It does not need to be beaten until it is hard, otherwise it will be difficult to stir when adding the custard.
11.
After the lemon custard is cool, pour it into the whipped cream.
12.
Add two drops of vanilla extract.
13.
Add lemon juice.
14.
Stir well with a whisk and pour it into the crisper.
15.
Put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator to freeze, take it out every 1 hour and stir with a whisk; then continue to put it back in the freezer; this step is repeated 3-4 times.
16.
The steps for making dragon fruit ice cream are the same as above. Wash the dragon fruit and cut it in half; use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.
17.
First make custard and repeat steps 1-5, then put the dragon fruit pulp into the blender.
18.
Repeat steps 9-11, and then add the dragon fruit puree to the whipped cream.
19.
Stir well with a whisk, then pour it into the fresh-keeping box, close the lid and freeze it in the refrigerator; take it out every 1 hour and stir with a whisk; then continue to put it back in the freezer; this step is repeated 3-4 times.
