Low-fat Ice Cream

First process the mango to get the pulp, pour two hundred fresh fruits and freeze overnight.

Put the plain yogurt made in advance into the wall breaker and put honey. You may also buy yogurt from the supermarket, because I use my own fermented yogurt and I need to add honey.

Put the frozen mango pulp and passion fruit pulp into the wall breaker, add a banana and smash them.

Put it in a prepared container and freeze in the refrigerator overnight before eating.
