Made for My Son's Birthday-orange Mousse Cake

The fish film is soaked in ice water and melted by heating in water.

Whip the whipped cream with 20 grams of sugar.

Reserve 1/3 of the whipped cream and put it in a piping bag, then mix 2/3 of the cream with 2/3 of the fish film, and mix well.

Place a piece of cake in the cake mold.
