Mandarin Duck Bittern

Shave off the skin and fine hairs of pork belly, wash with water, slice ginger, and set aside.

Prepare the brine juice.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add ginger slices, and boil.

Put the pork belly in and blanch it.
5.
Remove it to cool, and drain the water.

Boil 200 ML marinade with 400 ML water.

Add the pork belly and bring to a boil again.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and soak for 2 hours.

When the pork belly is delicious, take it out and let it cool, slice it into a plate, and decorate with cucumber and tomato flowers.
