What I want to share today is a hot drink. It’s called Mandarin duck milk tea in Hong Kong and Macau, or coffee milk tea. This combination is also a creative idea of people in Hong Kong and Macau. A drink that looks like ordinary milk tea actually contains coffee and milk tea, so it’s called Mandarin ducks, coffee, tea, and milk can be found in a cup of drink. It is fragrant and smooth. In winter, you can drink a cup with biscuits and snacks. It is a good afternoon tea set.

Mandarin Duck Milk Tea

1. For each material, the coffee is good to use sugar-free black coffee, which is more fragrant, and the proportion of black tea is less, only 3 grams, depending on personal preference

2. Take a milk pot, pour milk into it, boil on low heat, and then sprinkle black tea

3. Put the black tea into the milk and simmer for about 2 minutes, add sugar and boil

4. Take a cup, strain the milk tea into the cup, set aside for later use

5. Rinse the sugar-free black coffee with hot boiling water and stir until it melts.

6. Pour the melted black coffee into the milk tea while it is hot, and stir it evenly

7. The mandarin duck milk tea is ready

8. Drink it while it's hot in winter!
