Mango Sago (quick Boiled Sago)

Add a little water to moisten the sago, do not add too much at a time, add one teaspoon to one teaspoon.

Add a small spoonful and mix well, then add another small spoonful and mix well, repeat several times, until the sago is completely moist and fluffy and soft.

Add a small half pot of water to a boil in the milk pan, pour the sago and bring it to a boil.

In about five or six minutes, the sago only had white spots.

Only the middle core part is white.

Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

After opening, the sago basically became transparent.

Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.

Add a tablespoon of coconut.

Take out a tablespoon of sago and put it in a bowl.

Finally, add milk and white sugar and mix well.

Both cold and hot drinks are acceptable. It tastes better in the refrigerator for three hours.
