Mango Spotted Halberd

Fried halberd skin, see the previous two mango slices

Cut the mango into cubes. It can be a little bigger. I made a thousand layers and cut it into smaller pieces.

Whip the sweet cream vertically at low speed and double the volume.

Take a peel, a spoonful of cream, a spoonful of mango, and a spoonful of cream, and fold it up like a quilt

Cut into the sides of the pie

Refrigerate for one hour
