Carrots are steamed in a steamer, usually cut in half and steamed on high heat for 10 minutes. Add water to the carrots, and use a blender to make a paste at a ratio of 1:1. Add the sugar and yeast to the flour, mix well, and pour the carrot juice. mix
2.
Make a dough and make it twice as big
3.
Divide into 6 small and 1 large doses
4.
First roll the largest noodle into a large pancake shape, transfer it to a piece of greased paper, brush with a layer of oil, and sprinkle with a layer of white sugar. Don’t sprinkle too much sugar, just sprinkle it as you like. Roll out a small pancake into a pancake, spread it on the flatbread, and sprinkle the sugar on the oil.
5.
Finally, place the last one, wrap the flatbread underneath, pinch tightly, press lightly, put it in the steamer, and ferment for half an hour. Then steam it on fire, and steam for half an hour after the water is boiled
6.
When the time is up, take it out after steaming, put it in a pan, brush with oil, and burn both sides of the cake to change the color.
Tips:
Add water to the carrots and use a blender to make a paste at a ratio of 1:1. Use a blender to beat it more finely, so that the dough is very soft and non-grainy.
