Mini Coconut Naked Cake
1.
Prepare some small two-inch cakes.
2.
Soak the coconut flakes in cold water for one hour to remove the sugar, and change the water several times in the middle to avoid too sweet taste.
3.
Put the soaked coconut flakes into the broken wall cooking machine.
4.
First use the instant function to play twice, each time about two seconds.
5.
Then select the "sauce" function to stir into a delicate coconut mud.
6.
Put the mashed coconut into a bowl and freeze for one hour in the refrigerator.
7.
Divide the small cake into three pieces, take one piece of cake and spread a layer of coconut mash, then spread another layer of cake, and make all of them in turn.
8.
Spread a layer of coconut mash on the top layer and sprinkle some diced dried kiwi and dried cranberries.
Tips:
1. The candied coconut flakes taste too sweet. Soak in water for an hour and change the water several times in the middle.
2. The coconut mud must be beaten with the highest power to make it into a mud.
3. It is better to put some fresh fruit than dried fruit. My house has no fruit, so I put dried fruit.
4. The unused coconut mud can be used to make biscuits or make drinks.
