Mixed Noodle Shortbread Fire
1.
Melt the yeast with warm water. I use warm water about 150 grams of dough
2.
All-purpose flour and bran flour are ready
3.
Use yeast water to mix the flour into a smooth dough and let it grow for 40 minutes
4.
Pour 80 grams of cooking oil into the pot, heat up and turn off the heat
5.
Add 80 grams of flour and mix well
6.
Add salt and five-spice powder, mix well
7.
Chill and set aside into shortbread
8.
Roll out the dough into large slices and rectangles. (The dough is about 2 times as big as it is fermented. I forgot to take a photo.)
9.
Spread a layer of shortbread evenly, you can use a spatula to smooth it
10.
Roll up
11.
Divide, I divided into 8 pieces
12.
Roll out the dough
13.
Fold in 1/3 of the left and right sides
14.
Roll it out again
15.
30% off
16.
Brush a little water on the surface with a brush, then invert the prepared sesame seeds and dip them in
17.
Put on the baking tray. I’m black sesame seeds, and I used all white sesame seeds, so I have these left at home
18.
Leave to ferment for about 30 minutes in a warm and humid place, the cake embryo will become bigger obviously
19.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips:
The water content of the noodles is controlled by the water content of the flour, and the hardness is similar to that of the buns. If you don’t like mixed noodles, you can use flour, preferably all-purpose flour.
The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven.
