Mixed Udon Noodles

Boil the frozen udon noodles in boiling water. (Ps: I use frozen cooked noodles, don’t need to cook for too long)

Remove after cooking and let cool.

Drain the noodles, add perilla oil and mix well
4.
Stir the mentai caviar, mayonnaise, and pepper evenly.
5.
Put the udon noodles in a bowl, beat with eggs, add the mixed seasoning sauce, sprinkle with shallots, sesame seeds, and finally drip with sesame oil.
