Mulberry Egg Tea

Wash the mulberry parasitic tea, clean the surface of the eggs, remove the red dates, and use rock sugar for later use.

Put the mulberry jelly tea, eggs and red dates in a soup pot, pour cold water, and boil for half an hour on high heat.

Bring the eggs to a boil for 5 minutes, remove the eggs, peel them, and put them back in the pot.

After half an hour, add rock sugar or brown sugar according to personal taste to adjust the taste and turn off the heat.
