Mung Bean Paste Gnocchi Filling

Wash the mung bean heart.

Add appropriate amount of water into the electric pressure cooker to steam.

Add the right amount of sugar and stir repeatedly with a spoon, the mung bean heart will naturally crumble into puree.

The finer the mixing, the better.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot.

Pour in the well-stirred mung bean paste and stir fry.
7.
Fry until almost sticky, turn off the heat and let cool.

It's OK to make glutinous rice balls of equal size.
