Mushroom Chicken Noodle Soup

Wash the drumsticks, put them in a casserole with ginger slices, and add an appropriate amount of water and cooking wine.

Bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam

When the chicken legs are almost cooked, add the mushrooms and cook together

In a separate pot, add an appropriate amount of water. After the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of salt, cook the noodles and remove them. Pour the chicken broth and top with chopped green onion at the end
