Mushroom Minced Pork Noodles

1. Dice mushrooms and set aside

2. Start the frying pan, add the minced meat, stir-fry the water on a low fire, pour in the cooking wine, and continue to fry until it turns yellow

3. Add shiitake mushrooms, minced ginger garlic, minced onion, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, five-spice powder
