Orange Wine Fermented

Wash the oranges with salt water (now oranges have a lot of wax on them, so they must be washed clean). Then use a smaller pointed fruit knife to cut diagonally every 1cm in one direction on the narrow part of the orange, and then cut diagonally in the opposite direction to form a gear shape.

After opening, dig out the orange flesh for later use, leave a layer of orange flesh in the orange wall, do not dig out all

Prepare fermented rice

First put a layer of fermented rice (more rice), put orange meat in the middle, then cover with fermented rice, and put orange meat on the top for decoration (if you want a sweeter taste, you can add rock sugar)

Cover the orange lid, put it in the steamer, boil on high heat and turn to medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

The taste is much better than I expected. The sweet and sour orange flavor and the light fermentation flavor of the fermented rice match just right. You can warm your stomach for a whole day when you eat it for breakfast.
