Orleans Grilled Fish (garlic Aroma)

Remove the scales, gills and viscera of the stick fish, and then wash and set aside, and cook the barbecue sauce.

The fish is marinated in barbecue sauce for 6 hours. (Fish has been marinated)

Chop green and red peppers, garlic seeds, and apples. Add pepper and salt to the chopped green onion, melt the butter and mix well.
