Pan Fried Fish
1.
Kill the fish you bought, wash it, and mark both sides of the fish with diagonal stripes! (Both beautiful and tasty)
2.
Heat up the oil pan and put in an appropriate amount of peanut oil!
3.
When the oil is 80% hot, put the fish in a frying pan and turn to a low heat. Fry the fish slowly. Don't turn the fried fish in a hurry. If you turn it early, it will turn the fish up easily. Today, the fire is a bit too big and a little bit burnt! But it does not affect the taste. It just doesn't look good! (When the fish is out of the pot, the fish’s back faces itself to facilitate turning the fish)
4.
After the fish is browned on both sides, add the sliced ginger and chili peppers. Just wait for the ginger chili to fry the aroma!
5.
Pour the prepared oil, soy sauce, and vinegar into a bowl and stir well, add an appropriate amount of salt (the sour and salty taste can be adjusted according to your own taste)
6.
Treatment: Fry the brown on both sides, add green onions, pour in the vinegar sauce, turn the fish over to collect the sauce when the sauce boils.
7.
Put the fish on the plate first, and then pour the remaining soup on the fish!
Tips:
Fried fish is delicious and difficult to cook. You must be patient. Taste it when you can adjust the juice. Adjust the sour and salty according to your own taste. Those who can't eat spicy food can leave out the chili!
