Pineapple in Tomato Sauce

The pineapple is cleaned and set aside.

The processed pineapple is cored and sliced.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat up on high heat, pour in the pineapple and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add tomato sauce.

Add white granulated sugar.
6.
Stir-fry evenly until the white sugar melts and then turn off the heat.

Serve on a plate and serve.
