Pineapple Reverse

Fresh pineapple, soak in salt water for a while.

Drain the water and cut into small pieces.

Put the sugar in a pot and heat it until it turns amber. Add 15 ml of boiling water and stir well.

When the color of the pineapple becomes darker, there is no more water. Add butter.

Tips:
1. The eggs must be at room temperature
2. Low powder should be sieved 3 times in advance. After sieving the low powder, it is better to stir in the egg liquid.
3. The small pieces and placement of pineapple are up to personal preference.
4. After the caramelized pineapple is made, drain some and place it in the mold.
