Pink Pepper Honey Pomelo Jam

After scrubbing the grapefruit peel with salt, rinse with water and peel it off. Keep the grapefruit peel for later use;

In addition to the white film of the inner layer of the grapefruit peel, take 50g of the outer peel, put the grapefruit peel in a pot, and boil three times with the amount of water that can cover the grapefruit peel;

When the pomelo peel is boiled for the third time, boil the remaining white film in the inner layer until it becomes transparent. After the pomelo peel is drained and allowed to cool, cut into strips of 3 cm in length and 0.5 cm in width;

Wash the lemon, squeeze the juice after cutting, take 60g, set aside;

Peel off the outer membrane of the grapefruit pulp, remove the seeds, break into small pieces, put the grapefruit pulp, grapefruit peel, lemon juice and rock sugar in a glass bowl, mix well, and seal with plastic wrap;

Wash the jam jar, put it in the pot, add water to touch the jar, boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, put the lid in the pot, continue to sterilize for 10 minutes; take out the drained water, and pour the jam jar;

Take it out of the refrigerator, pour it into a copper pot and heat it over a medium-to-low heat and stir it from time to time. After boiling, remove the astringent juice;

Continue to cook until the jam is concentrated to half, add pink pepper and cook together;

When the jam thickens, add honey and stir evenly before turning off the heat;

Put the jam into the bottle, close the bottle cap tightly and buckle while it is hot. After buckling for 30 minutes, wash the bottle body, keep it at room temperature for 3-7 days and then put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration;
