Pork Dumplings with Green Vegetables and Mushrooms

Wash the vegetables, boil the water and blanch them, chop them and wring out the water for later use

Shiitake mushrooms wring dry and chopped for later use

The parsley and chives are dried and chopped to retain the original flavor

Stir well
5.
Pour cold water in the pot three times and you can start eating
Tips:
I stir-fry, make dumplings... I can use raw materials instead of chicken essence. For example, I use parsley, chives, mushrooms and eggs to improve the freshness of dumplings. Of course, this is my personal preference. Flavor seasoning.
