Portuguese Egg Tart

After preparing the ingredients, first make a mixed egg mixture. The mixed egg mixture is adjusted with the ratio of 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. 1 egg yolk is about 15 grams, and a whole egg is about 35 grams.

Prepare the mixed egg liquid according to the desired flavor. It is recommended to use 1 whole egg with 3-5 egg yolks. You can also use whole egg yolks. Mix the egg liquid in the same direction and filter out the bubbles. After filtering, let it stand for 15 minutes.

Add the rested egg liquid to New Baker, mix well in the same direction, and let stand for 15 minutes.

Take the tart crust out of the freezer, pour the tart liquid, and make it ninety full to avoid air bubbles.

The open furnace is heated at 230 degrees, and the furnace is baked at 260 degrees for about 32 minutes.

Bake at 210°C for 12 minutes in a hot-blast stove, reduce the temperature of the converter to 190°C, and bake for 12 minutes, then come out
