Purple Sweet Potato Tart

Take 5 egg yolks, stir well, add the above-mentioned amount of condensed milk, whipped cream, and milk in sequence (because I am in the weight loss stage, I did not put white sugar, and it was confirmed that the effect of not putting sugar is also very good). Continue to stir and the tart water is ready.

Make the filling for the tart. Steam the purple sweet potato, cut into small pieces, and set aside. Another raisin is ready. Remember to use well-ripe purple sweet potatoes, otherwise it will be raw.
