Qingming Festival

This is "Tamarin", cooked. Some places are called "wormwood" or something, anyway, it is green grass.

Put the cooked "Tamarin" and flour.

The flour is made up.

This is stuffing, one is sweet sesame stuffing, and the other is savory malan hairy bamboo shoots stuffing.

Put the stuffing in the dumplings and then roll them in the glutinous rice. I am responsible for this process.

It's ready to be steamed. The red dot is to distinguish different fillings.
