[rabbit Loves The Kitchen] Sweet Potato Syrup
1.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes for later use.
2.
Cut out the brown sugar and ginger slices for later use.
3.
Add water to a boiling pot, add brown sugar and ginger, and bring to a boil.
4.
After the sugar water is boiled, add the sweet potatoes, cover the pot, and continue to cook for about 8 minutes.
5.
It can be eaten directly or refrigerated after cooling to relieve heat.
Tips:
1. You can put less brown sugar at the beginning. If it is not sweet enough, add white sugar. The sweet potato I bought is sweeter, so you don’t need to add sugar^_^
2. Ginger is the finishing touch to this syrup. Of course, those who don't like ginger can keep it.
